How to Create your Workout from iFit Live Web Site to use with your Nordctrack Treadmill

This is a great video showing you how to create your own workout from the iFit LIVE website. If you’re not overly tech savvy, you may be a little hesitant to use iFit with your treadmill – but it’s actually pretty simple once you get the hang of it.

And considering all of the things you can do with iFit, it might be worth considering. The lady in the video is using a Nordictrack treadmill – it looks like an older version of the 1750 – and you will see the full color console in the video.
