Here’s a great video from the guys at Fitness Equipment Help that shows very clearly how to assemble a Nordictrack treadmill in general.

If you don’t like reading manuals (or you’re just a more visual learner), this video can help.

Note that this video is a couple of years old so they don’t go too much into the new iFit Coach on the console.

But overall it’s easy to understand and follow for general assembly:
