Nordictrack Updates the Nordictrack X11i Incline Trainer for 2019 – See What’s New!

Thinking about the Nordictrack X11i Incline Trainer?
Great news!
Nordictrack has just released the new 2019 Commercial X11i model – which will be completely replacing the older Nordictrack X11i incline trainer in a few weeks.
So what’s new?
First of all they’ve kept all of the features that made the X11i so popular – like the extra-large 10-inch, multi-color, HD touch-screen console.
You also still get up to 40% incline and 6% power decline – which will help you burn up to 5 times more calories than a treadmill.
There are really 3 main upgrades to the new X11i incline trainer:

Brand New Next-Gen Sled Push
The 2019 Nordictrack X11i model adds new push bar and sled grips to the console. This adds a totally new way to crosstrain your body.
You set the treadmill speed to 1.0 MPH and power through your workout in manual mode.
It can be a bit hard to explain in words, but here’s a graphic that shows it better for you:
These grips were probably added because there are several new iFit workouts that will use this movement into their workouts.
Higher Motor Power
Nordictrack also upgraded the motor on this treadmill – from 4.0 HP up to 4.25 HP.
This makes sense. With the iFit Coach workouts, people are using the treadmills for longer workouts. So a little extra motor power can carry you through these workouts with ease.
Reinforced Steel Frame
Nordictrack has also upgraded the X11i trainer to reinforced steel construction. This may not sound exciting – but it basically helps to make the trainer much more stable and solid.
It’s great if you plan on running on your trainer or if you will have multiple users in your home. The treadmill will stand up much better under that kind of pressure.
This, along with the monster motor and large 2.5 inch, non-flex rollers really give you a treadmill built to stand up under heavy, intense workouts. (Larger rollers help to reduce static on the belt and help to prolong the life of your treadmill).
Explore the World with iFit Coach
So those are some of the new changes on the 2019 Nordictrack X11i incline trainer.
One of the best parts about the X11i incline treadmill however (new model or old) has got to be the iFit Coach workouts.
With iFit you can track your workouts over time, set new goals and even get personalized workouts sent to you based on your fitness goals.
You can also stream high-energy fitness classes to your treadmill console or run trails all over the world.
So you can run along the shores of Hawaii or explore the sunny village of Santorini, Greece. You can pretty much run anywhere in the world with iFit Coach.

As of this writing, if you get the Nordictrack X11i through the Manufacturer, you can get a 1 year membership to iFit Coach included.
This is great since you can try it out for a full year to see if it’s right for you.
So that’s a brief recap on what’s new for 2019 on the Nordictrack X11i Incline Trainer
